It was on this day that <strong>Denis Ssebuggwawo<\/strong> was executed at <strong>Munyonyo<\/strong>, becoming one of the first in a line of young Catholics martyred for their unwavering faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This tragic but powerful history paved the way for the ultimate sacrifices at <strong>Namugongo<\/strong>, where many martyrs were burned alive on <strong>June 3, 1886<\/strong>.
